New Billing Options Available!

Option 1

  •  One-time payment

The Client shall make a one-time payment no later than October 15th. A one-time payment covers ALL snow removal services between the dates of November 1st 2025, and April 30th 2026. If snow removal services are required before November 1st, 2025, or after April 30th, 2026, the services will be billed at a per push rate.

 

 

The one-time payment is calculated based on annual averages from the previous 5 years of snow removal services in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. 

Option 2

  • Budget Billing

The Client shall make monthly payments on the 1st (fist) day of each month, beginning November 1st, 2023, and ending on April 1st, 2024. Budget billing covers ALL snow removal for the months beginning November 1st, 2025, and commencing April 30th, 2026. If snow removal services are required before November 1st, 2025, or after April 30th, 2026, the services will be billed at a per push rate.

 

The budget billing is calculated using the average amount of annual snow events from the previous five years divided by the service period of 6 months.

Option 3

  • Per Push Billing​​

  • The Client shall be billed separately for each snow removal visit to the service location.

  • The Contractor shall provide an itemized invoice to the Client after the completion of each visit, specifying the services provided and the corresponding charges.

  • Payment for each visit shall be made within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
